This form, together with your subscription, must be returned to the Honorary Secretary, c/o PO Box 618, Cape Town, 8000. Cheques are to be made payable to The Cape Organ Guild.

Every new member is entitled to free membership for the first finanical year of the Guild (i.e. May to April). Thereafter full membership is R120.00 p.a. and student / country membership is R75.00 p.a. (2009).
